Jim's Quick Coffee Tip:
There are two kinds of coffee beans - Arabica and Robusta. Arabica are the best beans, because they are grown at a higher altitude on older, more mature trees. The reason that Folgers and other mass-produced coffees don't taste so great is because they use Robusta beans as filler beans. Most gourmet coffees contain only Arabica beans.
